— Data relating to your purchasing habits: order date, purchase frequency, average basket, type of product purchased, etc.
— History of your relations with our services: telephone calls, emails exchanged with customer service.
— Google or Facebook identifier if you use the Google or Facebook connection to connect to your customer account.
This information is provided voluntarily by completing fields marked as non-required.
Creating an account requires sending a code by SMS. This code is encrypted and is only known to you. Under no circumstances will the CHAMP LIBRE team be able to know your code. If you forget your password, a new code will be randomly generated and sent to you by SMS.
2. DATA SECURITY
The data you entrust to us is protected with the greatest care. To do this, we use the services of the hosting provider GOOGLE, which has the highest security standards to protect our databases. Data is hosted in the EU and outside the EU.

Access to personal information is limited to CHAMP LIBRE personnel and approved subcontractors, who need access to this data to carry out their tasks.

CHAMP LIBRE will contact you by email in two ways:

6. CONSERVATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We keep your personal data for the period necessary to comply with legal and regulatory provisions.
Concerning your customer account, if it has not been ordered, the account is immediately deleted upon simple request to our customer service
Concerning your customer account, if it has been the subject of orders, the information is kept for the time necessary for commercial prescription (5 years).
Regarding subscription to our newsletter, the information is kept for 3 years after our last contact with you (date of opening of the newsletter being authentic).
An automatic purge of your personal data is implemented for the following durations:
Email subscribed to the newsletter: 3 years after the last newsletter opening - the data is deleted from our databases.
Inactive customer account: 3 years after the last connection to the customer account - the data is deleted from our databases.
Active customer account: 5 years after the last order - the data is anonymized from our databases.
Guest order: 1 year after the order - the data is anonymized from our databases.
