Shipping times
Orders are shipped by Champ Libre from our stores. With few exceptions, products are shipped the same day if you place your order before noon. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in as few packages as possible. In the specific case where the products come from different stores, shipping times will be longer.
Delivery types
Champ Libre delivers your orders throughout mainland France and Europe. Delivery within mainland France (including Corsica) is handled by La Poste's Colissimo service. This reliable and fast service (48 hours) will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for added convenience, will leave them at the nearest post office or collection point if you are not home. Champ Libre also offers delivery to Colissimo parcel relay points via La Poste.
Delivery within Europe is handled by La Poste and its partners. Delivery will take 3 to 8 days, depending on the country. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery again the following day. If you are still not home, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Delivery outside of France is subject to a fee, which varies depending on the destination country.
To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend having it delivered to an address where you are present during daytime hours (your workplace, for example) or arranging for someone to receive the package for you (your concierge, for example). Delivery to a pickup point is a good option if you want more flexibility, as you have 15 days to collect your package.
Origin and condition of the product upon receipt
The products are always brand new and are of course checked before shipping. If you happen to receive a product whose condition is not satisfactory, please do not hesitate to return it for exchange or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Is an item you ordered the wrong size or doesn't fit? You can of course return it to us in Metropolitan France within 14 days of receipt, and you will be refunded as soon as possible.
If you wish to return an item, please follow this procedure:
1. Go to your customer account
2. Click on the relevant order and then on the "Request a return" link.
4. Prepare your return package, carefully checking the condition of the returned items: new, in their original packaging, showing no signs of use, and including all accessories and item tags.
5. Drop off your parcel at a post office
6. After receiving and verifying the condition of the items, we will proceed with the refund to the payment method used for the purchase.
Returns are at the customer's expense except in the case of a defective product (item not as described, damaged item, etc.).
For an exchange with another product, we advise you to indicate in the comments of your return the product that you would be interested in.
