Shipping times
Orders are shipped by Champ Libre from our stores. With some exceptions, products are shipped the same day if you place your order before 12 p.m. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages. In the specific case where the products come from different stores, shipping times are longer.

Types of delivery
Champ Libre delivers your orders in France and around 50 countries around the world. Delivery in mainland France (Corsica included) is ensured by the Colissimo service of La Poste. This reliable and fast service (48 hours) will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for greater convenience, will drop them off at the post office or the nearest collection point if you are absent. Champ Libre also offers Colissimo parcel relay delivery by La Poste.

Delivery in Europe and outside the EU is ensured by La Poste and its partners. Delivery will be made within 3 to 8 days, depending on the country. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will return again the next day. If you are absent again, the package will be sent back to our premises. Delivery outside France is chargeable, its cost varying depending on the type of country of destination.

To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend that you have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your workplace for example) or ensure that someone can receive the package for you (your concierge for example). Parcel relay delivery is a good option if you want more flexibility since you have 15 days to collect your package.

Origin and condition of the product upon receipt
The products are always in new condition and are of course checked before shipping. If you receive a product whose condition does not satisfy you, do not hesitate to return it to us for exchange or refund.

Returns & exchanges
An item you ordered is not the right size or does not fit you? You can of course return it to us free of charge in Metropolitan France within 14 days of receipt , you will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

If you wish to return an item, follow this procedure:

1. Go to your customer account
2. Click on the order concerned then on the “Request a return” link. After validation, we will send you a return label by email
4. Prepare your return package, taking care to check the condition of the returned items: new, returned to their packaging, no trace of use, accompanied by all their possible accessories as well as the item labels
5. Drop off your package at a post office
6. After receipt and verification of the condition of the items, we will issue a refund to the payment method used during the purchase.

Returns outside mainland France are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective product (item not conforming to the description, damaged item, etc.).

For an exchange with another product, we advise you to indicate in the comments of your return the product that would interest you.
